The SpareKeys Service
1
You can register online or by 'phone
We only need your email address and credit or debit card number to set up a secure account - the whole thing takes less than a minute.
2
You send your keys to us - free.
When they arrive at our certified secure facility, they are photographed, bar coded and locked up, nice and safe. Then we let you know they are here by email.

Arranging a Delivery
It doesn't matter if you're miles from anywhere, in your pyjamas and without your wallet. If you can get to a 'phone, we're on our way to you. You can even pre-book, perhaps for guests that are coming round later and will need a key.
And for just £20 (Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm) and £30 at all other times, 24/7, you can afford to call us for the most trivial key related oversight. This will be automatically charged to your card - you need no cash with you. In addition, all deliveries within the W1 Postcode are FREE, 24/7!!!
Just dial 08700 MYKEYS, and we'll call you straight back.
We'll take you through the security process, find out where you are, and get the keys off to you immediately.

Our Guarantee
Whatever the time of day or night, we guarantee delivery a 2 hr delivery. If we're late, there's no charge. We'll send you an SMS as they leave our facility, with an ETA so that we all know where we are.
If you are travelling away from your home region, there are no guarantees I'm afraid. But we promise an ASAP delivery - even by helicopter if this is the quickest way. We'll keep you updated by Ôphone, and even sub you the cost of a meal. We can also arrange auto locksmith attendance in some cases - all free to our members, of course.
We'll also deliver outside of the UK - to the other side of the world if you like - by special arrangement. Just give us a call.
The only place we will NOT deliver is to within 100 metres of your home. Your security is absolutely guaranteed because we will never know where you live.
One of our couriers - easily identifiable in a Sparekeys.com arm band - will meet you with your entire bunch of keys at an agreed meeting place. You'll need to give them a password, which we will have given you when we speak to you and by SMS, and he'll give you your keys in a tamper-proof sealed container. He'll also give you everything you need to return the keys to us.

Hey presto! Emergency over
We realise that giving your keys to complete strangers may not strike you as sensible - read our security page to see how we keep you 100% safe.
If you have any further questions don't hesitate to contact us; you probably won't be the first to ask this question, so why not try our FAQs, first?
