All of our national depots benefit from the very highest security:
- CCTV cameras monitor inside and outside the building
- Industrial, locked doors stand between the keys and the outside world
- Burglar, fire and panic alarms are wired straight to the emergency services
- All of our staff are security vetted
- Even during delivery, your keys are safe - trained, vetted staff deliver in sealed, tamper proof pouches
- Of course, we are fully insured for all eventualities
And as if all of this weren't enough, there's one thing that absolutely guarantees your security:
We do not, and will never, know your address.
Your home is totally safe - what use are keys with no address?
This device is at the heart of our guarantee to you. Indeed, it's so important to us, that we had to design a brand new online payment system - to date we are the only website in the UK that can take your payment online, without also taking your address.
This is why our delivery drivers will never deliver to within 100m of your home - as part of our terms and conditions you promise never to call us there. It's safer for you and besides, wouldn't you rather wait for us in a warm cafˇ than on a doorstep?
In addition, our couriers are committed to delivering one set of keys per journey - we will never try and co-ordinate our deliveries to service more than one key emergency - hence you will never have your keys accidentally delivered to someone else.
And to think some people still leave their spare keys with their neighbours!
