Become a member

We only need your email address and credit or debit card number to set up a secure account - the whole thing takes less than a minute.

You send your keys to us

Once you join, we will email you all the information you need. When you become a member of SpareKeys.com, we will send you an email welcoming you. This email contains a unique barcode and some simple instructions on how and where to send your spare keys. Send your keys to us as soon as possible, as you never know when you might need us.

Once your keys arrive at our secure facility, they are photographed, bar coded and locked away. We will inform you by email once we have received them.

Arranging a Delivery

To request a key delivery, call the SpareKeys.com 24-hour helpline on 08700 695397. If you need us to, we will call you straight back. We will then take you through a security process to verify your identity. Once this is complete, we will agree a delivery location, provide you with an identification password and organise the immediate despatch of your keys. Your keys will be sent in a tamper-proof sealed container.

Receiving your keys

Once your keys leave our facility, we will text you confirmation and an estimated time of arrival. We will also keep you updated by phone.

One of our couriers - easily identifiable in a SpareKeys.com armband - will meet you at the agreed delivery location and time. In order to receive your keys, you will need to give the courier your identification password.

Returning your keys

The courier will also provide you with everything you need to return your keys to us. Please remember, that unless you do this, we will be unable to assist you in the future.
